NextSolutions is seeking a dynamic Moderator to join our Os, Norway-based online community. You will oversee forums content and interactions to ensure a positive user experience, responding to inquiries and upholding guidelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring discussions, engaging with users, addressing conflicts, and collaborating with fellow moderators to boost engagement. English fluency is required; Norwegian is a plus. Relocation to Os is anticipated.

Requirements

• Previous experience moderating an online forum or managing an online community is preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage with users in a professional manner
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook Twitter and Instagram
• Familiarity with common forum software is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
• Must be fluent in English knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
• Must be able to relocate to Os Norway
