Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in communications, marketing or related field.
• Excellent written communication skills in English; Norwegian proficiency is a plus.
• Experience moderating online communities or social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
