Autodesk is seeking a Director for Forma Design Industry Strategy to define strategy and go-to-market direction for Forma design applications. You will align with product, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure customer outcomes drive the product roadmap and market positioning.

Ideal candidate brings 10+ years in strategy or consulting, deep AEC domain knowledge, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions.

Formación

• 10+ years in strategy, GTM, product, or management consulting, with AECO proximity
• Proven track record leading teams and shaping strategy with measurable results
• Deep understanding of AEC workflows and digital transformation opportunities
• Experience representing a product or company externally at events and with analysts
• Strong data and AI-enabled tools to generate insights and inform decisions

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy and GTM for Forma design applications, guiding investment and growth
• Turn signals into a clear point of view using data and AI tools
• Shape pricing, packaging, portfolio clarity, and adoption to deliver customer value
• Build briefs and recommendations to aid leadership decisions
• Evangelize Forma Industry Cloud both internally and externally
• Represent Forma with customers, partners, and at industry events
• Capture customer stories and outcomes to demonstrate value and drive adoption
• Collaborate with Forma design product team to influence the roadmap
• Align with Autodesk's global Industry Cloud vision and portfolio
• Establish operating rhythm for strategy, messaging, and field execution
