Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in providing hands-on support to individuals learning daily living skills. You’ll help people grow, identify personal goals, and live as independently as possible with compassionate guidance.

Ideal candidates are natural helpers, strong listeners, patient teachers, and advocates who are punctual, communicative, and ready to work across daily tasks from personal care to housekeeping. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Desire to make a positive difference in people's lives. No experience needed. Training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required, where applicable.
• Work requires frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending and lifting.
• Reaching and lifting tasks described in job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and life activities to foster independence.
• Help individuals identify and achieve personal goals for their best life.
• Monitor comfort and safety, address medical, nutritional and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep and laundry.
