Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced Data Architect to help clients turn fragmented data initiatives into scalable, business-led data architectures. You will advise stakeholders on platform choices, governance, and operating models, influencing multiple industries and collaborating with analytics, AI, design and technology experts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, technology, or consulting.
• Master’s degree in technology, economics, or similar (experience can compensate).
• Background as a data architect from earlier projects or roles.
• Solid understanding of data platforms and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, MS Fabric, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
• Solid understanding of architectural best practices and frameworks.
• Able to explain complex topics to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead or play a key role in technology agnostic data architecture engagements, from strategy to target architecture and roadmap.
• Act as a sparring partner for clients on architectural trade offs, platform choices, and data modernization initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of trends within data platforms, analytics, AI, and governance.
• Contribute to the growth of Capgemini Invent’s data strategy and architecture offering, including thought leadership and proposal work.
• Design and shape end to end data architectures, spanning: technical architecture, data architecture, data governance and quality frameworks, organizational and operating models.

We are now growing our Data Strategy & Analytics team and are looking for experienced Data Architects who want to help clients turn fragmented data initiatives into coherent, scalable and business led data architectures.

Your role:

As a Data Architect, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology, helping clients design data architectures that enable real and measurable business impact.

You will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, guiding architectural decisions across platforms, governance and operating models. Your contributions will play a significant role in helping organizations use data as a strategic asset.

The role offers a high degree of responsibility and influence, with opportunities to work across industries and collaborate closely with experts in analytics, AI, design, and technology across Capgemini Invent.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead or play a key role in technology agnostic data architecture engagements, from strategy to target architecture and roadmap

Your profile:
