Job summary

Silicon Labs Norway in Oslo is seeking a Digital Design Engineer to contribute across digital verification, RTL design, and feature delivery within our IoT-focused MCU/WiFi portfolio. You will work with analog design, software, and product teams to translate requirements into robust digital implementations.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Foundation in digital logic, computer architecture, or embedded systems.
• HDL experience with Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL.
• Knowledge of synchronous logic, FSMs, clocks and resets.
• Linux experience and scripting (Python, bash) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with digital verification, analog design, software and product teams.
• Define, implement, and deliver key digital features.
• Contribute to RTL design, timing, power and area optimization.
• Participate in automated verification and synthesis integration.
