Silicon Labs in Oslo is seeking a Digital Design Engineer to join the Oslo Digital Design Team. You will work across RTL, verification, and software to define, implement, and deliver key digital features for our IoT MCU portfolio.

Collaborate with verification, analog design, product teams, and run through the full design flow from specification to integration. A strong foundation in digital logic and RTL is essential, with opportunities for hands-on learning in a collaborative, high-growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in EE/CE or related field.
• Strong foundation in digital logic and computer architecture.
• Experience with HDL (Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL) and RTL design.
• Familiarity with digital verification and synthesis tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and deliver key digital features for Silicon Labs.
• Collaborate with digital verification, analog design, software, and product teams.
• Contribute to RTL design, verification, and integration across projects.
• Participate in architecture and timing/power optimization discussions.
