Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Norge AS is seeking a Diabetes Solution Manager to drive sales of diabetes care solutions across defined areas in Eastern Norway. The role emphasizes direct customer engagement with hospitals and pharmacies, including training on glucose meters and CGM systems.

You will travel extensively within the territory, develop structured sales plans, and report to the Sales Lead Diabetes Care. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to shape your own work situation

Qualifications

• Sales oriented with proven record of delivering results
• Structured and able to manage travel schedules independently
• Curious, proactive and comfortable meeting new customers
• Mobility with extensive travel across the territory
• Healthcare background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and revenue responsibility for defined areas in Eastern Norway and a remote territory
• Sell and train customers on blood glucose meters and CGM for hospitals and pharmacies
• Extensive travel and customer visits to drive market growth and satisfaction
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet budget targets
