Job summary

A&O IT Group in Lysaker, Oslo is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver on-site end-user support for a key client. This role includes handling incidents and service requests, deskside assistance, and support for devices and collaboration tools.

You will work with Windows OS, Active Directory and MS 365, perform health checks, and provide meeting room support. The position is full-time on-site with a focus on customer service and quick problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
• Experience with Active Directory, MS Office 365 and PC hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests and provide near-deskside support.
• Support end users with devices (workstations, laptops, tablets) and collaboration devices.
• Provide meeting room support and general End User computing assistance.
• Conduct daily health checks on End User Devices and network-attached devices.
• Deliver deskside support in line with performance standards.
