Job summary

A&O IT Group is seeking a desktop support professional to provide on-site end-user help in Lysaker, Oslo. You will handle incidents, service requests, and deskside support for Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, ensuring device health and smooth operation of collaboration tools.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Windows Desktop experience, familiarity with Active Directory, MS Office 365, ServiceNow, and endpoint security.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, and ServiceNow.
Experience with mobile device management and Windows PC management via Active Directory.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet SLAs.
Excellent communication and internal customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Handle incidents and service requests and provide near-deskside support.
Support end users with devices including workstations, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
Support collaboration devices and conferencing hardware and other end-user hardware.
Manage network-attached devices (printers, scanners, copiers) and locally-attached devices.
Perform daily health checks on end-user and network devices.
Provide meeting room support as required and deliver deskside support per standards.
