Job summary

Securitas Norge is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to lead security operations at a Stavanger datacenter. You will manage security teams, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain a safe, secure environment.

Role requires strong leadership, hands-on management of CCTV, access control, and incident reporting, plus the ability to respond flexibly to emergencies and work non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Proven people management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and incident management systems.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Flexible approach to working hours and emergency response requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop site security teams, including training and performance management.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with site procedures.
• Manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, and incident reporting.
• Maintain security documentation and support audits and compliance requirements.
• Identify security risks and implement improvements to strengthen site resilience.
• Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Campus Security Manager.
