Job summary

Securitas Norge is seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to lead security operations at a Stavanger datacenter. You will manage security teams, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain a safe, secure environment.

Role requires strong leadership, hands-on management of CCTV, access control, and incident reporting, plus the ability to respond flexibly to emergencies and work non-standard hours as needed.

• Previous experience in security management or a similar operational leadership role.
• Proven people management experience in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Campus Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing site security teams, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with security procedures, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
