Job summary

Fortica builds and finishes data centres across Norway and the Nordics. As Site Supervisor you lead daily on-site work, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and compliance with drawings and quality standards. You will supervise our own crews and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and other contractors, and maintain site records.

You will travel across Norway to supervise projects, with a 3:1 rotation pattern and a commitment to safe, high-quality construction on modern data-centre sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a supervisor or foreman on construction sites.
• Experience with data centres, industrial or commercial buildings is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow specifications.
• Knowledge of safety and quality on construction sites.
• Good English language skills, spoken and written.
• Driving licence class B.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects in Norway and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work on site, including our crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure work follows drawings, plans and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to identify safety, quality, or schedule issues early.
• Follow safety rules together with Site Manager and HSE Advisor.
• Keep site records and progress reports up to date.
• Participate in coordination meetings with the client and other contractors.
