Fortica builds and finishes data centres across Norway and the Nordics. As Site Supervisor you lead daily on-site work, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and compliance with drawings and quality standards. You will supervise our own crews and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and other contractors, and maintain site records.

You will travel across Norway to supervise projects, with a 3:1 rotation pattern and a commitment to safe, high-quality construction on modern data-centre sites.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience as a supervisor or foreman on construction sites.
• Experience with data centres, industrial or commercial buildings is a plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow specifications.
• Knowledge of safety and quality on construction sites.
• Good English language skills, spoken and written.
• Driving licence class B.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects in Norway and abroad.

Responsabilidades

Lead the work where it happens.

Fortica builds and finishes data centres across Norway and the Nordics. As Site Supervisor you lead the daily work on site and make sure it is done safely, on time and to the right quality.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily work on site: our own crews and subcontractors

• Make sure the work follows the drawings, the plan and the quality requirements

• Do site inspections and find quality, safety or schedule problems early

• Follow the safety rules together with the Site Manager and HSE Advisor

• Keep site records and progress reports up to date

• Take part in coordination meetings with the client and other contractors

Our scope on site: ceilings, sandwich panels (insulated wall and roof panels), flashing, penetration sealing, finishing works and site services.

Who you are

• 2+ years' experience as a supervisor or foreman in construction

• Experience from data centres, industrial or commercial buildings is a plus

• You can read construction drawings and follow specifications

• You know safety and quality on a construction site

• Good English, spoken and written

• Driving licence class B

• Flexible and mobile: willing to travel and work on projects in Norway and abroad
