Job summary

Nordscale Operations seeks a proactive HSE Coordination Specialist to support the safe, compliant operation of our Narvik data center campus, spanning the current 25MW facility and the forthcoming 75MW expansion.

You will drive a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Construction, and Contractors to ensure compliance with Norwegian legislation and company standards, while guiding continuous improvements across activities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related discipline with recognised NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications.
• 3–5 years HSE experience in data centers, construction, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation, PTW systems, LOTO, contractor management, and risk assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HSE activities across the data center campus.
• Support implementation and improvement of the HSE Management System in line with Norwegian law.
• Conduct inspections, observations, audits, and risk assessments with corrective actions tracked to completion.
• Manage HSE documentation, reporting, incidents, and root-cause analysis.
