Job description

Kickstart Your SaaS Career: Customer Success & Operations Specialist
Do you want to learn the SaaS industry from the inside out?

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who wants to build a career in the software industry. In this role, you will be the vital bridge between our customers and our product. You will guide them through onboarding, help them unlock the full value of every feature, and work closely with our Product, Tech, and Sales teams to deliver a seamless experience from day one. As we roll out new features, you will be our champion on the front lines, driving adoption across our user base.

Please note: This position is a 12-month parental leave cover within our Support and Customer Success team, but it comes with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent role.

What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Troubleshooting
  • Be the human touch: Own support cases that require real human judgment, empathy, and critical thinking.
  • Solve the complex: Step in to resolve complex situations, sensitive conversations, and edge cases that automated tools simply can't handle.
Customer Onboarding & Training
  • Set them up for success: Lead a structured onboarding process to ensure new users are comfortable, confident, and set up smoothly.
  • Educate and empower: Train customers on product features, best practices, and tailor configurations to fit their specific needs.
Customer Success Initiatives
  • Be proactive: Engage with customers before they have an issue, offering insights and recommendations to help them maximize their use of our product.
  • Spot opportunities: Identify moments to expand accounts by introducing relevant new features or add-ons that bring them value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Be the voice of the customer: Relay vital customer feedback to our Product and Tech teams to drive continuous improvements.
  • Unite the journey: Collaborate daily with Sales to ensure the customer experience is completely seamless from the moment they sign a contract.
Administrative Support
  • Keep us organized: Maintain accurate customer records, track onboarding progress, and build clear support documentation.
  • Drive data-led decisions: Report on onboarding metrics, customer satisfaction, and support trends to help us constantly improve.
What You Bring
  • Technical Curiosity: You are eager to learn new technologies and comfortable diving into troubleshooting. (Bonus points if you know your way around APIs!)
  • Stellar Communication: You have excellent written and verbal skills, with a knack for breaking down and simplifying complex concepts.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in Norwegian and English. (Additional languages like Danish or Dutch are a massive plus).
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You approach challenges with a proactive, creative, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Organizational Superpowers: You can multitask effortlessly while keeping a sharp eye on the details. (Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is highly beneficial).
  • Team Spirit: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love sharing feedback, and are completely comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Sales.
Who You Are

You have a background in higher education, preferably within business, tech, or a related field. You are likely a recent graduate looking for the perfect launchpad—a company where you can learn, grow, and thrive. Above all, you are passionate about helping people and genuinely curious about the software that powers modern businesses.
