Job summary

Mercury is seeking a CSA Site Supervisor for a Kristiansand, Norway project. You will lead on-site operations, ensure safety and QA compliance, and coordinate with subcontractors and package leads to meet schedule and budget.

You will manage daily site activities, assist with cost control, and drive weekly progress updates. Strong hands-on leadership and CSA system knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in supervising installation crews and sub-contractors.
• Proven record of supervising large installation projects.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Experience in design and build.
• Good technical knowledge of CSA systems.
• Good IT skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety with Mercury Safety Advisor and manage safety file.
• Oversee site QA with CSA Package Manager and close out files.
• Manage project schedule with other trades and package leads.
• Direct day-to-day on-site operations for CSA packages.
• Assist in managing costs—materials, labour, and equipment.
• Coordinate with Mercury CSA team and subcontractors; track progress.
