Doctors Without Borders Norway (MSF) seeks a CRM Advisor to join our CRM team at the intersection of tech, data, and fundraising, helping ensure sustainable funding for life-saving medical work worldwide.

You will optimize workflows, ensure data quality, and enable data-driven decisions. The role is permanent, full-time, based in Oslo, with hybrid work (one home office day per week) and core hours 09:00-15:00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field; 5 years of experience may compensate for education.
• At least 2 years of CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) at a super user level or higher.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar data querying language.
• Experience in fundraising, project management, or analytical tools is a plus.
• Proficient in English (C1+); Norwegian is advantageous.

Doctors Without Borders Norway (Leger Uten Grenser/MSF) is seeking a CRM Advisor to join our dedicated and collaborative CRM team working at the intersection of tech, data, and fundraising and help ensure sustainable funding for life-saving medical work worldwide.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise with the opportunity to contribute to life-saving humanitarian work worldwide. The position is permanent, full-time, and based in Oslo.

About the Position

As CRM Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our CRM capabilities, driving continuous improvement of workflows, data flows, and system integrations to support effective and scalable fundraising and engagement. The role combines technical tasks with advisory responsibilities. The main focus is to troubleshoot and optimize existing CRM flows and create new processes, while ensuring that donor data is accurate, accessible, and actionable, enabling data-driven insights for the fundraising department.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve and develop workflows in the CRM, including automation and integrations, and document processes.

• Provide professional advice on process improvement and cost-effective solutions.

• Collaborate with external suppliers on payment solutions and new integrations (e.g., Vipps and Mastercard).

• Perform analyses and ensure data quality to support data-driven decisions, act as backup for the CRM Analyst.

• Contribute to the strategic use of data in collaboration with the CRM Analyst and CRM & Loyalty Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields (information technology, informatics and computer science, finance and administration, etc.). Five years of relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

• At least 2 years of experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) at a super user level or higher, including data analysis, and integrations.

• Proficiency in SQL or a similar data querying/programming language

• Experience in fundraising, project management, or analytical tools is an advantage.

• Proficient in English (C1 and higher); Norwegian is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and technical skills.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Workplace: Oslo. Currently based at Hausmanns gate 6; relocating to Mølleparken 2 in early 2027. We are looking for someone who can work from our Oslo office. While we offer a hybrid work arrangement with one home office day per week, this is not a remote role.
