Job summary

CBRE in Norway seeks a Critical Services Technician to handle day-to-day work orders and ensure timely completion for client environments. You will join the Critical and Technical Services function, delivering technical maintenance in critical client environments.

You will qualify as Authorized Person within 6 months, maintain logs in the in-house system, and ensure safety and security standards are followed, while coordinating with clients and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent mix.
• Be physically able to meet role requirements including lifting 50 lbs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting.
• BS7671: IEE Wiring Regulations 18th ed or equivalent is required or in scope.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and complete day-to-day work orders to meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Qualify and act as Authorized Person (AP) within 6 months of onboarding.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of completed and outstanding work in the in-house system.
• Ensure contractors and staff comply with safety and security requirements.
• Participate in critical services training and support holiday and sickness cover.
• Log and action incident reports for out-of-line situations.
