Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Critical Facilities Technician to maintain and operate our 24x7 facility infrastructure. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical mechanical and electrical systems, coordinate with 3rd party staff, and ensure safety and compliance across building operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and building management technologies, with shifts including potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years in electrical or mechanical critical facilities.
• 7+ years’ experience as HVAC or mechanical/electrical technician.
• Overtime and longer shifts (12 hour).
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment.
• Operate HVAC, plumbing, generator operations, fire detection and life safety systems.
• Coordinate and supervise electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management programs.
• Process and finalize work orders, order materials, and document in CMMS.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safe, compliant operation.
