Job description

Are you an experienced Financial Controller who would like to strengthen your profile within treasury and liquidity management? Kvadrat is looking for a Controller to join Group Finance and take part in managing the Group’s liquidity, cash management and FX.

This is an opportunity to step into a treasury-focused role where you will work hands‑on with liquidity and cash management while developing your competencies within treasury governance in an international group.

You will be part of our Group Finance team which consists of four employees, who are responsible for ensuring high-quality reporting across 45 legal entities worldwide.

The position is hands‑on and requires that you take ownership of your areas – while collaborating closely with the team. You will work closely with the global finance organisation and external banking partners.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsibility for Group liquidity and forecasting
  • Ongoing optimisation and support of cash management and cash pool structures
  • Monthly FX handling as part of the Group closing process
  • Dialogue and relationship management with banks
  • Contribute to development of treasury processes and policies
  • Participate in implementation of financial instruments and hedging frameworks
  • Ad hoc controlling tasks

You will gradually build in-depth insight into the Group’s treasury setup and play a central role in ensuring structured and value‑adding liquidity management across the Group.
