A leading design textile company is seeking a Sales Representative to join their Architecture & End Users segment. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the UK contract market and possesses strong networking and relationship building skills. Responsibilities include visiting key industry partners, creating a project pipeline, and coordinating with the dealer team. Architecture & End Users Sales, UK North

Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia’s world - famous design tradition. A leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performing, design textiles, rugs, acoustics and window covering solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.

We are looking for a sales representative for our Architecture & End Users segment.

We are offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a strong sales‑oriented team and environment. The role will require travel across all major Northern cities on a weekly basis with a showroom base in Manchester.

Your goals will be to strengthen and develop Kvadrat’s position and visibility in the contract market in the UK Northern territories, through contact with renowned architects and interior designers.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Visiting architects and interior designers to inspire and educate them about Kvadrat
  • Create a project pipeline looking 5 years ahead
  • Working alongside our dealer and project administration team to deliver full circle
  • Create a supporting network with key industry partners

This is an agile role requiring travel, servicing clients in Scotland to Birmingham. You will be required to travel to London once a month for sales meetings. Additional you should expect 1‑20 abroad travel days a year.

Your profile The right profile possesses:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the UK contract market working with international architects and designers, textile experience preferred.
  • Great relationship and networking abilities – making (quality) relationships with the right ambassadors and clients.
  • Strong project management skills, able to involve and communicate with our network, ensuring project inflow and closing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing as well as strong presentation skills.
  • A good sense of quality, aesthetics and design.
  • The ability to be a good team player but is also able to work independently.
