9B Careers is working with an established 60-person architecture practice in central London to recruit an experienced BIM Technician for a six-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Revit professional to join a busy and collaborative practice, delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience delivering architectural projects through design to construction.
• Excellent Revit skills.
• Strong understanding of UK construction processes and technical detailing.

Responsibilities

• Produce and develop detailed architectural information using Revit.
• Work across RIBA Stages 4 and 5, from technical design through to construction.
• Develop detailed construction and technical drawing packages.
• Coordinate architectural information with the wider project team and consultants.
• Support the delivery of projects through construction.
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
