9B Careers is working with an established 60-person architecture practice in central London to recruit an experienced BIM Technician to join the team working on a major London scheme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused BIM professional to work on a large-scale, complex project within an established and collaborative architectural practice.

The Role

You will play an important role in the development and coordination of BIM information, working closely with architects, consultants and the wider project team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and coordinating detailed architectural information using Revit.
• Managing and coordinating BIM information across the project.
• Supporting the production of technical and construction information.
• Coordinating architectural packages with consultants and other project disciplines.
• Working with the project team to resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Supporting the project through the technical design and delivery stages.
• Ensuring BIM standards, models and information are maintained to a high standard.

About You

We're looking for someone with strong technical and BIM experience, ideally with:

• Excellent Revit skills – essential.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
• Experience working on large-scale or complex UK projects.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction.
• Experience coordinating architectural information and packages.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively with architects, consultants and contractors.

The practice would also be interested in speaking to Architects who have moved into a more technical/BIM-focused role and have developed strong Revit and BIM expertise.
