Job summary

Energy As in Stavanger specializes in offshore and onshore energy contracts across all project phases. The role focuses on managing the interface with our ISO supplier, gathering information from the engineering organization, and driving job preparation and scheduling.

You will work closely with engineering, installation, and suppliers, monitor estimates and invoices, and contribute to improvements. Norwegian and English communication is required; a NORSOK/ Norwegian work permit is noted for

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of ISO discipline experience in offshore/oil-related industry.
• Foreman role experience preferred.
• Frosio Level 3 Surface Treatment certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Manage interface with ISO supplier and gather information from the engineering organization.
• Drive and follow up on job preparation with the ISO supplier.
• Input new jobs and operations into the plan based on the described scope of work.
• Maintain close communication with engineering, installation, and the ISO supplier.
• Report to the Installation Lead Onshore.

• Share experiences and best practices with colleagues and the supplier.
• Observe technical conditions and propose improvements.
• Familiarity with IFS, Proarc, SAP is desirable.

With an experienced technical team, we deliver best practices in maintenance and modification projects, operational and technical support, studies, system technology, and larger projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dedicated individual responsible for managing the interface with our ISO supplier in one of our ongoing contracts.
• Obtain information from our engineering organization, forwarding it to form the basis for the ISO supplier's estimation and job preparation.
• Drive and follow up on job preparation with our ISO supplier.
• Input new jobs and operations into the plan based on the described scope of work.
• Close communication with engineering, installation, and the ISO supplier.
• Report to the Installation Lead Onshore.
• Follow up on estimates and invoices from the supplier.
• Actively contribute to sharing experiences and best practices with colleagues and the supplier.
• Observe technical conditions and propose/contribute to technical improvements.
• Familiarity with systems such as IFS, Proarc, SAP is desirable.

Qualifications:

• Technical college/technical certification.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in one of the ISO disciplines within offshore work/oil-related industry, preferably in a foreman role.
• Frosio Level 3 Surface Treatment certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English.
• Commercial understanding of ISO contracts.
• Experience in engineering ISO disciplines is desirable.
