Job summary

Energy AS in Stavanger is seeking a Field Engineer (Mechanical) to support installation activities on the Valhall project. You will follow issued job cards, assist in detail engineering input, and ensure safety and QHSE compliance on site.

We expect a Teknisk Fagskole background or equivalent with a minimum of five years’ experience, plus experience with IFS10, Navisworks, and PIMS. Valid EU/NORSOK familiarity is required, and a proactive team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Teknisk fagområde; relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• EU/NORSOK familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Support production team in on-site installation per issued job cards.
• Follow up and sign MCCRs; register non-conformances.
• Liaise with engineering counterpart for changes on-site.
• Ensure safety and QHSE on Valhall installation.
• Interface with all project organizations.

Duration: 1 year

Technical Skills:

• Field Engineering –Mechanical Discipline
• Support production team in installation work per issued job card
• Follow up and sign of MCCRs, register non-conformance
• Assist in finding solution with the challenges during installation and liaise to engineering counterpart for changes that may performed on-site, in accordance with Norsok Standard.
• Follow up materials on site and other extra materials needed for installation
• Interfaces towards all project organization
• Excellent softskills, co-operation and proactive approach both towards internal and external deliveries
• Assist organization with relevant input for detail engineering
• Ensure a good team spirit in the project within area of responsibility
• Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to achieving the OneWay Vision and has active QHSE attitude.
• Be responsible for following up own safety and work under procedures established on the Valhall installation.

Requirements:

• Teknisk Fagskole – relevant experience can be accepted

  Software requirements: IFS10 & NavisWork required. PIMS preferred
