Job summary

BlueDynamics in Bergen is seeking a Concierge Assistant to deliver outstanding service to guests and residents at a luxury property. You will assist with check-in and check-out, make reservations, provide local information and ensure a pleasant stay.

Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of additional languages a plus. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking are essential, and previous hospitality experience is welcome but not required.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests via phone or in person.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations.

As a Concierge Assistant in Bergen you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury property Your main duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out processes making reservations for guests and providing information about local attractions and events You will also be responsible for responding to guest inquiries and requests ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for all This is a full-time position without accommodation suitable for students or individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry To excel in this role you should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of additional languages You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position As this role does not include accommodation it is ideal for students or individuals already residing in Bergen
