Job summary

Harrison Holgate seeks a Compliance Monitoring Lead to own the monitoring framework within Lloyd’s Market. You will shape the annual monitoring plan, oversee risk-based reviews, and deliver clear reporting to Senior Management.

The role requires Lloyd’s/London Market compliance experience, ability to challenge senior leaders, and strong FCA/PRA knowledge. Autonomy to build and evolve a monitoring function is offered.

Qualifications

• Lloyd’s / London Market compliance experience is essential.
• Proven experience designing or developing compliance monitoring frameworks and methodologies.
• Confident operating with senior business stakeholders and challenging constructively.
• Strong understanding of FCA, PRA and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements.
• Experience across insurance/reinsurance; Bermuda and/or Reinsurance experience would be advantageous.

Newly created senior opportunity to take ownership of the Compliance Monitoring function within a leading Lloyd’s business.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will have genuine ownership of the monitoring framework, methodology and annual monitoring plan, shaping how the function operates and evolves.

This is a hands-on, influential role for someone who can operate confidently at senior level, engage and challenge business leaders, and turn regulatory requirements and emerging risks into effective monitoring and assurance.
