Job summary

Erithy in Oslo is seeking an experienced Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer to strengthen client delivery in Construction & Commissioning. You will lead preparation, execution and handover of completion activities, working closely with project management, engineering, suppliers and operations.

The role requires a technical degree, ProCoSys experience, and a collaborative mindset to ensure structured processes, coding standards, interfaces and QA of readiness certificates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
• Solid experience from completion, commissioning or C&C roles.
• Good knowledge of Client’s project model and work processes; ProCoSys experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct use of work processes and work tools.
• Support training of personnel in the C&C Digital Toolbox.
• Support ProCoSys coding structure and system breakdown.
• Facilitate interfaces between ProCoSys and other systems.
• Align engineering, MC, commissioning and handover to operations.
• Handle remaining scope and Carry Over Work (COW).
• Establish MC and commissioning structure (boundaries, packages, scope).
• Ensure correct coding, system breakdown and workflows.
• Meet LCI requirements with the LCI lead.
• Quality assure readiness certificates (RFSC, RFCC, RFOC).
• Provide strong CPR/MC/Commissioning competence.
• Work with suppliers and contractors.
• Guide project team in ProCoSys usage.
• Evaluate contracts and supplier deliveries related to completion.

We are now looking for a Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer for one of our customers based in Oslo.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer to strengthen our Client’s project deliveries within Construction & Commissioning (C&C). The role is key to ensuring structured and efficient preparation, execution and handover of completion activities in our projects. The role involves close collaboration with project management, engineering, suppliers, construction, commissioning, LCI and operations.

• Ensure correct use of work processes and work tools
• Support training of relevant personnel in the use of the C&C Digital Toolbox
• Support implementation of a standardized coding structure and system breakdown in ProCoSys
• Support facilitating interfaces between ProCoSys and internal and external systems
• Ensure good alignment between engineering, MC, commissioning and handover to operations
• Contribute to clear and early handling of remaining scope and Carry Over Work (COW) Discipline and systems
• Establish MC and commissioning structure (system boundaries, packages, scope and workflow)
• Ensure correct coding, system breakdown and workflows
• Ensure that LCI requirements are met in collaboration with the LCI lead
• Quality assures readiness certificates (RFSC, RFCC, RFOC) Collaboration and follow-up
• Provide strong professional competence within CPR/MC/Commissioning in the project
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors
• Support and guide the project team in the use of ProCoSys and Client’s work processes
• Contribute to evaluation of contracts and supplier deliveries related to completion

Requirements:

• Relevant technical education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
• Solid experience from completion, commissioning or C&C roles
• Good knowledge of Client’s project model and work processesDocumented experience with ProCoSys
• Experience from both engineering and execution phases is an advantage
• Subsea experience is desirable, but not a requirement (depending on the project)
• Structured and analytical, with a strong holistic understanding
• Confident and comfortable providing professional advice
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex interfaces
• A driver for quality, maturity and continuous improvement
