Job summary

Dovre Solutions is seeking an experienced Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer to strengthen project deliveries within Construction & Commissioning (C&C). The role involves ensuring structured preparation, execution and handover of completion activities and close collaboration with project management, engineering, suppliers and operations.

Key tasks include implementing standardized work processes, training staff on the C&C Digital Toolbox, and ensuring correct coding and system

Qualifications

• Solid experience from completion, commissioning or C&C roles.
• Knowledge of client's project model and work processes.
• Experience with ProCoSys software.
• Engineering and execution phase experience is a plus.
• Subsea experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct use of work processes and work tools.
• Support training on the C&C Digital Toolbox.
• Support standardized coding structure and system breakdown in ProCoSys.
• Facilitate interfaces between ProCoSys and internal/external systems.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, MC, commissioning and handover to operations.
• Establish MC and commissioning structure (systems, packages, scope).
• Ensure correct coding, system breakdown and workflows.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors.
• Provide expert CPR/MC/Commissioning guidance to the project.
• Guide project team in using ProCoSys and processes.
• Assist evaluation of contracts and supplier deliveries related to completion.

About the role We are looking for an experienced Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer to strengthen client`s project deliveries within Construction & Commissioning (C&C).
The role is key to ensuring structured and efficient preparation, execution and handover of completion activities in our projects.
The role involves close collaboration with project management, engineering, suppliers, construction, commissioning, LCI and operations.

Responsibilities Overall responsibility

• Ensure correct use of work processes and work tools
• Support training of relevant personnel in the use of the C&C Digital Toolbox
• Support implementation of a standardized coding structure and system breakdown in ProCoSys
• Support facilitating interfaces between ProCoSys and internal and external systems
• Ensure good alignment between engineering, MC, commissioning and handover to operations
• Contribute to clear and early handling of remaining scope and Carry Over Work (COW) Discipline and systems
• Establish MC and commissioning structure (system boundaries, packages, scope and workflow)
• Ensure correct coding, system breakdown and workflows
• Ensure that LCI requirements are met in collaboration with the LCI lead
• Quality assures readiness certificates (RFSC, RFCC, RFOC) Collaboration and follow-up
• Provide strong professional competence within CPR/MC/Commissioning in the project
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors
• Support and guide the project team in the use of ProCoSys and client`s work processes
• Contribute to evaluation of contracts and supplier deliveries related to completion

Requirements

• Solid experience from completion, commissioning or C&C roles
• Good knowledge of client`s project model and work processes
• Documented experience with ProCoSys
• Experience from both engineering and execution phases is an advantage
• Subsea experience is desirable, but not a requirement (depending on the project)
