Job summary

NES Fircroft in Lysaker seeks a Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer to drive commissioning readiness and interface management. You will support standardised coding, system breakdown in ProCoSys, and ensure alignment between engineering, commissioning and handover to operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) and solid experience in completion or commissioning, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across complex interfaces with suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Solid experience from completion, commissioning or C&C roles.
• Knowledge of company project model and work processes.
• Documented experience with ProCoSys.
• Experience from engineering and execution phases is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct use of work processes and tools.

Completion Preparation Responsible (CPR) Engineer

Contract period: 30.10.2026 - 30.12.2027

Location: Lysaker

Main tasks:

• Ensure correct use of work processes and work tools
• Support training of relevant personnel in the use of the C&C Digital Toolbox
• Support implementation of a standardisedcoding structure and system breakdown in ProCoSys
• Support facilitating interfaces between ProCoSys and internal and external systems
• Ensure good alignment between engineering, MC, commissioning and handover to operations
• Contribute to clear and early handling of remaining scope and Carry Over Work (COW) Discipline and systems
• Establish MC and commissioning structure (system boundaries, packages, scope and work-flow)
• Ensure correct coding, system breakdown and work-flows
• Ensure that LCI requirements are met in collaboration with the LCI lead
• Quality assures readiness certificates (RFSC, RFCC, RFOC) Collaboration and follow-up
• Provide strong professional competence within CPR/MC/Commissioning in the project
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors
• Support and guide the project team in the use of ProCoSys and Company’s work processes
• Contribute to evaluation of contracts and supplier deliveries related to completion

Qualifications:

• Relevant technical education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree)
• Solid experience from completion, commissioning or C&C roles
• Good knowledge of Company’s project model and work processes
• Documented experience with ProCoSys
• Experience from both engineering and execution phases is an advantage
• Subsea experience is desirable, but not a requirement (depending on the project)
• Structured and analytic, with a strong holistic understanding
• Confident and comfortable providing professional advice
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex interfaces
• A driver for quality, maturity and continuous improvement
