Job summary

ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and Private Internet Access seek a Junior Community Manager to act as the frontline voice for our cybersecurity brands. You will build, engage, and protect communities across social and review platforms, collaborating with customer support, product, and marketing teams.

You should have 1–3 years in social media or community management, strong Reddit familiarity, and a passion for online privacy. This remote role offers a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or community management, preferably on the B2C side.
• Deep familiarity with major social platforms (specifically Reddit) and an interest in cybersecurity, VPNs, and information technology.
• Adaptability to a fast paced global (mostly remote) environment.
• High EQ with the ability to engage a privacy-conscious community and collaborate with other teams.
• Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Voice of the Brand: Represent our brands' voice across platforms, including Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora.
• Proactive community engagement: Draft and manage a content calendar of posts across channels for each brand.
• Reactive Support: Respond to user questions to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Community Moderation: Moderate public conversations to protect and grow brand reputation.
• Customer Intelligence: Surface recurring customer pain points and product feedback.
• SEO & Reputation: Improve trust scores and increase brand visibility in AI-driven search and reviews.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor responses, tone, sentiment and response time with the support team.
• Experience Communication: Native-level English with exceptional writing skills.
