Wood Hotel Bodø is seeking a passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality dishes, contribute to menu development, and ensure every plate is a masterpiece in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You should have culinary education or strong kitchen experience, be a reliable multi-tasker, and communicate clearly with the team. This 100% position includes varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to grow in a hospitality-focused group.

Qualifications

• Culinary education or training is preferred or equivalent kitchen experience.
• Ability to work in a high-volume hotel kitchen.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft Excellence: prepare dishes per established procedures, routines, and profitability goals.
• Handle daily mise en place for a la carte, lunch, and dinner to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain excellent communication with your manager and colleagues to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic approach with coworkers and guests.
