As Chapter Lead in Digital Claims at If, you will have formal people responsibility for members of our Service Development Chapter. You will coach and develop people, build the skills we need for the future and connect individual growth with business and delivery needs.About the rolePeople leadership is your core responsibility. Alongside this, you will contribute hands-on to digital development or lead an agreed strategic or cross-team initiative.
