The Tribe operates cross-functionally across Finland and Norway, organized into smaller squads combining business domain experts with IT professionals. Our IT development teams include colleagues from If’s internal IT units as well as strategic partners such as Tata Consultancy Services, ensuring seamless collaboration across Norway and India. As the Junior Developer in this tribe, you’ll contribute towards maintaining and developing an ecosystem of applications supporting the Policy and Claims systems within the Norwegian scope.## **Who are you?**You are a technically sound developer with a passion for quality and long-term solutions. You bring technical expertise and a fair level of communication skills that enable you to develop effective, maintainable solutions and you collaborate well across roles.
