Arctic Wolf is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive growth in Norway by building and expanding high-impact partner relationships, enabling partners through training and go-to-market programs, and delivering revenue outcomes across the Norwegian market.

As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Arctic Wolf's growth in Norway by building, enabling, and expanding high-impact partner relationships. Acting as a trusted advisor to our channel ecosystem, you will help position Arctic Wolf as the leader in Security Operations while accelerating revenue growth through strategic partner engagement across the Norwegian market. In this role, you will develop and execute partner growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and empower partners through training, enablement, and go-to-market excellence. Working closely with both local and international stakeholders, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, recruiting and developing new partners, and driving mutual success across your territory. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Nordic region while maintaining a strong focus on building and growing Arctic Wolf's partner network in Norway.

The base salary range for this job family is 343,000 to 539,000 NOK annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
