Qualifications

• Experience as CFO or similar senior finance role in a growth company.
• Master's degree in economics or finance, or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with international corporate structures, financing, and tax/VAT issues.
• Strong understanding of technology, particularly automation and AI.
• Real influence on strategy and the opportunity to shape the finance function.
• Fast decision-making in a small, ambitious team.

• Acting as a commercial thought partner to the CEO and COO on strategic choices.
• International growth and financing: structuring and funding for new markets.
• Budgeting, forecasting and board reporting with a single source of truth.
• Managing banking relationships, financing, and covenants.
