Job summary

Food Folk Norge AS (McDonald's) in Oslo seeks a senior finance leader to drive profitability and financial performance across the business. You will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, governance and controls, while partnering with Franchise, McOpCo, Supply Chain, IT and Real Estate.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will guide investment decisions, portfolio development and franchising strategy execution, while building and developing the finance team.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant finance experience, including senior finance leadership or business partnering.
• Strong commercial finance and accounting expertise, with a solid understanding of governance, risk and internal controls.
• Proven leadership, project management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Norwegian is an advantage.
• High integrity, accountability and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance, planning, forecasting and reporting across the business.
• Provide financial leadership and business partnering across Franchise, McOpCo, Supply Chain, IT and Real Estate.
