Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - Care partner to join our Cobb County community in Marietta, GA. Full-time and part-time roles require every other weekend, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care for residents in a state-of-the-art Memory Care setting.

Qualified CNAs will have a current Georgia CNA certification and a genuine passion for elder care. The organization emphasizes inclusion, client-focused service, and opportunities for growth within a non-profit

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA Certification.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred but training available for new CNAs.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• Memory Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate CNA care to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Document care and communicate with LPNs and nursing team.
• Support memory care residents in a safe environment.

Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Care partner qualifications include:

• Current Georgia CNA Certification


• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train newly certified C.N.A.s


• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred


• Memory Care experience preferred


• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred


• Genuine passion for working with elders


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Ability to foster team work with fellow LPN and CNA care partners


• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred)


• Strong organization and time management skills
