Job summary

A.G. Rhodes is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN Care Partners for our Cobb community in Marietta, GA. Full-time and part-time roles require every other weekend (Sat/Sun). PRN shifts need at least two shifts monthly. Join a non-profit with a compassionate, inclusive culture and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LPN License in good standing. Must be Georgia or Multistate LPN license.
• One year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train new grads.
• Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred.
• Memory Care experience a plus.
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
