Job summary

A.G. Rhodes in Cobb County, Georgia, is seeking a Full-time Nursing Unit Manager for the Legacy Building.

The role requires a current Georgia or Multi-state LPN or RN license, with a 7am-3pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. You will lead a compassionate, experienced team of RN, LPN and CNA partners, oversee resident care, ensure documentation with PointClickCare, and foster a culture of excellence through leadership development and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing (Georgia or multi-state).
• Experience in LTC or skilled nursing environment.
• Supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nursing Unit operations and staff on shift.
• Oversee resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Guide documentation and interdisciplinary teamwork.

Full-time Nursing Unit Manager Qualifications Include

• Current LPN or RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
• 1 year of experience in Supervisory/Management role
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster team work with fellow RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
