Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid experience in strategic communications and using communication as a strategic tool.
• Insight into innovation, business sector and Nordic cooperation.
• Skilled in digital communication, content strategy, new tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication skills in Scandinavian language and English.
• Leadership experience including personnel and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a modern communications strategy that supports the organization's goals.
• Lead a team of three people and manage the communications budget.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to ensure communications are strategically grounded.
• Manage external communications including media relations, content production, digital channels and events.
• Ensure consistent and impactful communication about Nordic Innovation, programs and results.
• Build networks and partnerships to strengthen the organization's impact.
• Establish Nordic Innovation as a clear voice in Nordic innovation and competitiveness.
