Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a skilled Campervan Technician for our Trondheim depot, working with the UKI & Nordics Regional Team. You will maintain our campervans to the highest standards, ensuring readiness for customer journeys.

Role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical repair expertise, a technical background, fluent English and Norwegian, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to work weekends. Join a fast-growing, mission-driven company delivering memorable road trips.

Qualifications

• Certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or automotive program.
• At least 5 years hands-on mechanical and electrical repair experience; campervans a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.
• Eligible to work in Norway; valid driver’s license; comfortable driving campervans.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on campervans and motorhomes.
• Inspect vehicles' mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
• Move vehicles to depots and coordinate with external partners.
• Prepare vehicles for customers and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Maintain depot equipment and spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the UKI/Nordics regional team.
