Job summary

Indie Campers in Tromsø is seeking a Campervan Technician to maintain our fleet to the highest standards and support smooth depot operations for customer journeys. You will diagnose, repair, and service campervans, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure vehicles are ready for departures.

Fluency in English and Norwegian, a technical diploma or certification, and at least five years of hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certified training in mechanics or mechatronics in automotive industry.
• At least 5 years hands-on mechanical and electrical repair experience; campervans a plus.
• High school diploma or technical degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and diagnose mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on campervans.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and regional teams.
• Move campervans to and from depots and maintain inventory.
• Assist with reservations, check-ins, check-outs and depot operations.
