Responsibilities

• Drive Medium Voltage Power Distribution business development activities.
• Establish collaboration with Key Account teams.
• Enhance knowledge within the Utilities sales ecosystem.
• Lead product launches matching market needs.
• Act as Voice of the Customer in New Product Development.
• Support presales and sales teams with product portfolios.
• Analyze market intelligence and share insights.
• Collaborate with Product Managers for customer engagement.
• Manage the Utilities factory forecast.
• Implement segment growth roadmap.
• Coordinate support for the tendering process.
• Optimize customer designs for product selection.
• Host events to drive product specification.
• Contribute to marketing efforts.
• Provide market data for strategic decisions.
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Monitor competitive environment to position Eaton effectively.
• Maintain project pipeline and conduct monthly reviews.
