PTGR AG in Ethiopia seeks a skilled Motion Designer to translate scripts and concepts into engaging motion graphics for educational content, marketing campaigns and digital platforms. You will craft visuals that reinforce PTGR’s brand storytelling and visual identity.

Work in a full‑time, onsite role in Addis Ababa, collaborating with writers, marketers and product teams. A strong portfolio in 2D/3D animation and proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and Blender

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in motion design software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender).
• Solid understanding of 2D and 3D animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual rhythm.
• Experience with kinetic typography and animated text.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion design and animated storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Translate scripts, concepts, and story outlines into compelling motion graphics and animations.
• Produce animated content for educational materials, marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Create storyboards and visual sequences when required.
• Animate text, icons, illustrations, charts, and visual elements to clearly communicate messages.
• Collaborate closely with content writers, marketers, and product teams to ensure creative alignment.
• Maintain consistency with PTGR’s brand identity, visual standards, and tone.
• Review, edit, and refine animations based on feedback and performance goals.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with motion design trends, tools, and storytelling techniques.
