Tieto Indtech seeks a hands-on Billing Operations Manager to own Norwegian billing and forecasting, while harmonizing practices across the Nordic region. You will blend operational precision with process improvement, automation and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Product and Implementation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in billing operations, revenue accounting or process management.
• Hands-on invoicing systems and ERP experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and order-to-cash.
• Solid Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience managing complex workflows with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian/Swedish/Danish.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing and revenue forecasting for Norwegian operations.
• Handle recurring, annual and usage-based billing for cloud/on-premise solutions.
• Ensure accurate billing data and support month-end close and reporting.
• Investigate discrepancies and strengthen financial controls.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve billing workflows.
• Drive automation through system enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Product and Implementation.
