Job summary

Cisco's global Escalations team partners with customers, Cisco support, developers and product management to resolve escalated cases and improve product quality. In this role you will help drive field quality insights and strengthen engagement across our customer and partner community within the devices beta programs.

You will build a diverse beta community spanning partners and customers, from small businesses to global enterprises, and lead engagement through newsletters, webinars and beta

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
• Experience in IT, product management, customer engagement, quality insights, or a related area.
• Experience working with metrics, reporting, or quality monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a diverse beta community spanning partners and customers.
• Drive community engagement through newsletters, webinars, and beta portal enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to launch products into beta.
• Facilitate beta testing activities and collect structured feedback.
• Partner with internal teams to review insights and act on feedback.
• Develop field quality monitoring using metrics, tools, and AI-based tooling.
