Job summary

BrightPath Engineering is seeking a skilled Baker to create delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will work with a team to ensure products meet high standards and customer demands, applying creativity and precise techniques to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of bakery experience, strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker or similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity in developing new recipes or decorating techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, fillings and batters according to recipes.
• Bake breads, cakes, cookies and other baked goods in a timely manner.
• Decorate products with icing, glazes, toppings or other decorations.
• Ensure all products are of high quality and meet food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
• Adhere to health code regulations at all times.
