We are looking for a Distribution Lead to play a key role in shaping the future ofDistribution through our Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the VP Head of Supply Chain Europe, you will help drive the development of our Distribution capabilities.
The Distribution Development Manager is responsible for driving the strategic development, standardisation, and optimisation of the distribution function across the Business Area Europe. The role will establish and lead the Distribution Centre of Excellence (CoE), ensuring that we have scalable distribution processes, network optimisation, transport efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives that support both established and growing markets within our area of the business.
Working across multiple Market Units (MUs), the role acts as a key connector between other functions, including Finance and Service, as well as other business functions to create a more efficient, cost-effective, and future-ready distribution network. The position plays a critical role in translating business strategy into practical operational solutions whilst also balancing local market needs with Business Area priorities and KPIs.
